Dispute Resolution

If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may proceed to litigation in accordance with the governing law provision below.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the basis of venue or inconvenient forum.
Severability
